Takashi Murakami x Casio G-SHOCK Frogman Watch

Thursday, July 29

Japanese radio station Tokyo FM celebrate it’s 40th anniversary this year and in honor of the memorable occasion Japanese artist Takashi Murakami worked closely with Casio to craft this unique G-Shock Frogman. The watch features a pink translucent band and bezel with a black faceplate. Murakami’s signature artwork appears on the engraving on the backside of the bezel and on the colorful flower print pillow which the watch rests on inside it’s pink base. Murakami’s signature is also present on the band and the box with some sort of message printed on the topside of the box. Only 300 of these G-Shock Frogman watches units were produced and you can bet they’ll all sell with no problems when they go on-sale September 11th, 2010.
