Produced in an exciting collaboration between Medicom Toy and John Kricfalusi, the animator who created these two famous characters, Ren & Stimpy are brought to life and ready to grace your shelves in the form of 400% Bearbricks. From our understanding the Ren & Stimpy Bearbricks aren’t set to officially release in the US until around September, however, Jeff Staple was able to import a few from Japan and stock them in his Reed Space boutique. No telling how long they’ll last, so if you’re interested in scooping one up before their official launch on US shores, hit up Reed Space now.
Cassette Playa x Medicom Toy 100% Bearbrick

English fashion designer Carri Mundane and her Cassette Playa fashion label is one of the latest brands tapped by Medicom Toy to take part in designing one of the company’s signature Bearbrick’s. Using a 100% Bearbrick, Carri had the vinyl figure produced with a translucent purple base featuring an orange cross offset on the front and a Cassette Playa stamp on the heel in Japanese lettering. There’s no word on exactly how many of the Cassette Playa x Medicom Toy 100% Bearbrick’s will be made available, but you’ll have a chance to get your hands on whatever’s out there when they officially release on June 5th, 2010 for around $17.
Medicom Toy x Tokidoki “Fighter” Be@rbrick

Tokidoki, the Italian brand created by Italian artist Simone Legno in 2005, has teamed up with Medicom Toy to design their very own Be@rbrick. Styling it after a fighter and naming it as so, Tokidoki covered the figure in tattoos, some of which are signature Tokidoki logos, styled his ankles to make it look as if they are wrapped, added red to the hands to resemble a pair of boxing gloves and gave him a look to kill those who dare to cross his path. No mention on just how limited the Medicom Toy x Tokidoki “Fighter” Be@rbrick is but they are expected to arrive at select Medicom Toy distributors today so if you’re interested start hunting around for em now.
Star Wars x Medicom Toy “C-3PO” 400% Kubrick

The Star Wars franchise and Medicom Toy are no strangers to eachother, having joined forces in the past to collaborate on Bearbricks and Kubricks which were always popular items among the Star Wars collectors and your general designer toy collectors. The two have teamed up again for another c0-brand project, this time taking C-3PO and transforming into Kubrick form, 400% Kubrick form no less. The figure is of course in the usual C-3PO Gold and you’ll notice one of his legs is Silver which I know ties back to one of the Star Wars movies. I’m not a big Star Wars fan to be honest with you but those of you who are will know what this relates to. If you’re interested watch for the Star Wars x Medicom Toy “C-3P0″ 400% Kubrick to release sometime in August 2010.
Medicom Toy Valentines Day 2010 Bearbrick

Even though we have girlfriends and wives one of the main reasons we look forward to Valentines Day is all the limited items being released from streetwear and footwear companies to honor the February 14th holiday. From sneakers to accessories to toys, there’s always something for everybody no matter what end of the spectrum your from.
Joining in on the Valentines Day themed releases is Medicom Toy with this Valentines Day Bearbrick. The 100% Bearbrick features a light pink finish with a variety of red hearts included throughout with one big heart on the stomach that reads “Love & Happy Valentine”. The same phrase appears on the large cardboard heart which the Bearbrick comes incased on.
Select Medicom Toy distributors such as Colette have the Bearbrick stocked and ready to roll for a price of around $35.
